Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. I'll also pay the return shipping costs as store credit if the return is a result of my error (you received an incorrect or defective item)

You will receive your refund within 48 hours of us receiving the item back.

I recommend a tracking number and insurance on returns so you have a record of the return. We must receive the item before a refund can be issued.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, shipping charges and delivery dates will be added and shown on your order. Depending on the shipping option you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

The average shipping time within US is about 3-5 days.  Most orders ship USPS First Class Mail.  International orders can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered.  The international buyer accepts all shipping risks, customs charges.  I do not offer any tracking services so please order at your own risk.
